Every One a Winner is a collection of true stories about athletes from the past and present, including Olympian Eric Liddell, cricketer Henry Olonga, sports presenter Dan Walker, and rugby international Euan Murray.

All the contributors, each with a varying level of fame, have at some time been involved in sports as diverse as pool, football, fencing, tennis and hockey. Each one however, has found something that means more to them than the sport—a meaning and a purpose that goes beyond the track or the field.
