Shipping

We ship orders Monday–Friday. Typically, orders ship within 1 working day when the item is in stock. If additional stock is needed to fulfill your order, additional processing days may be required. If your order shows as “On Order,” it just means we’re waiting on extra stock. This can add a few extra days. To check your status: simply log in, head to your dashboard (person icon) → Your Orders → Order History, then click View. You’ll see the status in the bottom-right corner. Depending on your location, shipping can take 5-7 business days for standard delivery. Please do not use a PO Box as UPS is unable to deliver. Delivery varies depending on your location. We ship from Ontario. Times may be affected by holidays and seasonal volume, but unless we contact you, you can generally expect delivery within 6-10 business days.

All of our orders ship via UPS with orders over $45 receiving free UPS shipping! Orders below that ship for just $6.99. Please note that if you place an order with expedited shipping after 12PM EST, it will likely not be shipped out until the following business day.

When placing your order, if you know you need your resources by a certain date, please inform our team. We are always happy to help our customers and accommodate your needs where possible!

We work diligently to keep our website updated to reflect items that may be out of stock or backordered, but there may be times where we are notified of a backorder after you place your order. In the event that this happens, we will seek to contact you as soon as possible.

Returns Policy

All items are bought on a firm sale basis. No returns will be accepted unless the item is faulty. Please Contact Us if you have any questions.

If your order arrives defective or damaged we will happily refund/exchange it for you. We will need to be notified of this within 5 days of you receiving the order. Please contact our customer services team if you wish to make a return of defective or damaged goods. 

Please allow up to 21 days for any money to be returned back to your account, though it's usually much quicker. Your statutory rights are not affected. Credit card refunds will be returned to the card used for the original purchase. Allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement, though often money will be returned much quicker than two cycles.

We are unable to accept returns or refunds for eBooks or other digital content unless the files are faulty. Please ensure you are buying the digital copy, only if you require the digital copy.
