Job Title: Inventory & Order Coordination Specialist (Part-Time)
Location: Ontario, Canada (Remote applicants will be considered.)
Job Type: Part-Time, approximately 20 hours per week

Position Overview
This role is responsible for ensuring smooth order fulfillment, accurate inventory management, and timely communication with customers and internal teams. The Inventory & Order Coordination Specialist plays a key role in identifying stock gaps, coordinating replenishment, and supporting event and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
Order stock, using forecasting, imminent and immediate needs; proactively communicating internally and externally on timing.
Track deadlines for customer orders and events.
Plan the logistics, delivery and pickup of new stock.
Review daily inventory reports to maintain appropriate stock levels and initiate replenishment as needed.
Manage internal team communication regarding stock.
Qualifications & Skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent clear communication skills
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Experience with inventory systems, order management platforms, or ERP tools is an asset.
Ability to work independently in a part-time capacity while maintaining accountability for key processes.
Success in This Role Looks Like:
Inventory levels are maintained effectively to support ongoing operations and events, leading to excellent dispatch times.
Customers receive timely, clear communication regarding their orders.
Inventory levels are carefully managed, ensuring excellent financial balances.
Internal coordination (especially for stock transfers and events) runs smoothly and predictably.
