10ofthose.com is a ministry that sells resources that point to Jesus. We publish and handpick books from other publishers that are biblically faithful, affordable resources that excite readers about Jesus.
As our ministry expands in the U.S. and Canada, we’re looking for a marketing team lead who loves both strategy and hands-on work. This full-time remote role is ideal for someone creative, organized, and eager to use their enthusiasm for marketing for gospel impact. Living near Louisville, Chicago, Indianapolis, or Ontario (CA) is a plus for occasional meetups and events.
Role Overview
You’ll lead marketing across North America—planning and delivering campaigns that help people and churches discover books that point to Jesus. You’ll oversee the US marketing team in digital, email, social, and event marketing while coordinating closely with our UK team.
Key Responsibilities
Further develop and execute a marketing plan for the U.S. and Canada.
Run digital and email campaigns that engage readers and churches.
Create and oversee social media content and marketing materials.
Support event promotion and follow-up.
Lead marketing efforts in collaboration with sales, events, and design teams.
Track results and adjust strategies for greater impact.
Qualifications
Must:
Have a heart for our mission and gospel-centered resources
Be hard working with a passion to excel in marketing
Be able to demonstrate effective communication of ideas
Strong written and verbal communication
Organized, self-motivated, and team-oriented
Eligible to work full-time in the U.S. or Canada
Preferred:
Familiarity with marketing tools like Mailchimp and Canva
Event marketing and/or digital campaign experience
Understanding of SEO, content, and paid media
Willingness to travel occasionally
